A little boy came up to his mother in the kitchen one evening while she was fixing supper, and handed her a piece of paper that he had been writing on. After his Mom dried her hands on an apron, she read it, and this is what it said:
For cutting the grass:Rs5.00
For cleaning up my room this week: Rs1.00
For going to the store for you:Rs.50
Baby-sitting my kid brother while you went shopping: Rs.25
Taking out the garbage:Rs1.00
For getting a good report card: Rs5.00
For cleaning up and raking the yard:Rs2.00
Total owed: Rs14.75
Well, his mother looked at him standing there, and the boy could see the memories flashing through her mind. She picked up the pen, turned over the paper he'd written on, and this is what she wrote:
For the nine months I carried you while you were growing inside me: No Charge
For all the nights that I've sat up with you, doctored and prayed for you: No Charge
For all the trying times, and all the tears that you've caused through the years: No Charge
For all the nights that were filled with dread, and for the worries I knew were ahead: No Charge
For the toys, food, clothes, and even wiping your nose: No Charge
Son, when you add it up, the cost of my love is: No Charge.
When the boy finished reading what his mother had written, there were big tears in his yes, and he looked straight at his mother and said, "Mom, I sure do love you." And then he took the pen and in great big letters he wrote:
"PAID IN FULL".
8 ways to control stress
1. Control Your Anger:
Watch for the next instance in which you find yourself becoming annoyed or angry at something trivial or unimportant, then practice letting go - make a conscious choice not to become angry or upset. Do not allow yourself to waste thought and energy where it isn't deserved. Effective anger management is a tried-and-true stress reducer.
2. Breathe:
Breathe slowly and deeply. Before reacting to the next stressful occurrence, take three deep breaths and release them slowly. If you have a few minutes, try out breathing exercises such as meditation or guided imagery.
3. Slow Down:
Whenever you feel overwhelmed by stress, practice speaking more slowly than usual. You'll find that you think more clearly and react more reasonably to stressful situations. Stressed people tend to speak fast and breathlessly; by slowing down your speech you'll also appear less anxious and more in control of any situation.
4. Complete One Simple To Do:
Jump start an effective time management strategy. Choose one simple thing you have been putting off (e.g. returning a phone call, making a doctor's appointment) and do it immediately. Just taking care of one nagging responsibility can be energizing and can improve your attitude.
5. Get Some Fresh Air:
Get outdoors for a brief break. Our grandparents were right about the healing power of fresh air. Don't be deterred by foul weather or a full schedule. Even five minutes on a balcony or terrace can be rejuvenating.
6. Avoid Hunger and Dehydration:
Drink plenty of water and eat small, nutritious snacks. Hunger and dehydration, even before you're aware of them, can provoke aggressiveness and exacerbate feelings of anxiety and stress.
7. Do a Quick Posture Check:
Hold your head and shoulders upright and avoid stooping or slumping. Bad posture can lead to muscle tension, pain, and increased stress.
8. Recharge at the Day’s End:
Plan something rewarding for the end of your stressful day, even if only a relaxing bath or half an hour with a good book. Put aside work, housekeeping or family concerns for a brief period before bedtime and allow yourself to fully relax. Don't spend this time planning tomorrow's schedule or doing chores you didn't get around to during the day. Remember that you need time to recharge and energize yourself - you'll be much better prepared to face another stressful day.

The Beheading..
It was one Friday.. I went to Yanbu Al-Bahr market to buy some vegetables for lunch. when I park my car near the mosque, there was a crowd, murmuring something..
because of my curiosity, I went there and saw the crowd surrounded by some people,
One short Saudi announced:
There are two persons here to cut the heads today…
One is a Pakistani, around 40-45, who sold drugs to the school children and he found guilty..
Another one is a Sudani driver, around 30,who raped and killed the house owner’s daughter and kept in a refrigerator , He also found guilty…
The first person caught on Sunday and Judgment given on Wednesday to Death sentence.
The Second person caught on Monday and Judgment given on Thursday to Death Sentence..
Then he asked the crowd… IS THERE ANY OBJECTION TO CUT THEIR HEADS..?
The crowd replied ; “NO”
( why should he asked this question? –I asked to a person and he said, If we have objection they will leave him today from this punishment ,take back to prison and ask the proof from us to defend them.. we must have strong evidence to prove him innocent, otherwise we also have to be in prison )
Then 2 saudis and a doctor and 2 helpers came with them from a Truck
The 2 saudis opened a suitcase and check for a good sword to cut the head of the Pakistani and Sudani…
The short saudi man again ordered them to bend down and sit on knees. hold the hands from back.
They started to pray. “allah….”
Everybody in the crowd started to clap..
The Pakistani is crying…
The sudani is like a stone…
The 2 head cutters said “YAH ALLAH”
one of them, PUT THE SWORD ON THE HEAD OF PAKISTANI FIRST….(Not very much Force …normal force)
it flown the blood and not splitted…then he cut it like vegetable and now the Pakistani into 2 pieces.
2nd person PUT THE SWORD ON THE HEAD OF SUDANI…
It splitted like a coconut…TERRIBLE…
the doctors and 2 helpers came and collect the heads and bodies. They stitch them and put in a long bag and loaded it to the truck..
The ground is made up of marbles and it is covered full of blood.
I went to collect the vegetable and came back..
Now the place is very clean and nobody was there.. 2 kids playing around…
I cannot sleep for a week thinking of this PUNISHMENT…
I have concluded something…
This is a very cruel punishment as Human Rights commission says…. But it is necessary for this world.
we are not accepting the rules, we are trying to violate and escape from its holes.
When we are giving this type of punishment…The people who is seeing this will get fear of not doing crimes.
Sudden judgment will reduce the time of escaping ideas from the prison or from the law.
If we have strong proof we can save them also.
After seeing this, I thought , IT IS MUST FOR INDIA for some period.
We can eliminate bad and corrupt people around us by giving this type of judgment.

oh man, the beheading you have witnessed really very scary. How could you do that?
Did you really see it for yourself? Unbelievable! Though,
//After seeing this, I thought , IT IS MUST FOR INDIA for some period.

That is the another scary concept you placed for India.
The best punishment in my dictionary goes like this, make the violation comprehensible to that person and make him/her to live through it.
I dont like the capitol punishment. I am against IT.
Though, very informative.
Thanks!
Orani.

you are correct Orni..
I have seen it by my own eyes when I was in Saudi Arabia.
I know it is cruel, But if you see the manners and illegal activities of the politicians and rowdies in INDIA.. sometimes , my thoughts go to that incident and punish them VIRTUALLY. what is the solution to control these people those casually violating the LAW ?

We have to love people and use things..
But we are using people and loving things...
After a meeting finishes..We have to dismiss..
After a meeting finishes.. We are talking on the doorway above the time of meeting...
When we buy a new car.. we have to use it full..
But we are using it with its seat polythene covers...
we have to follow the rules of a country..
we are trying to escape from the holes of the rules..
we have to follow the regulations of a corporate
we are trying to violate the regulations very simply..
We have to love the persons who even not loves us...
We are not loving the persons who loves us...
i will continue this series again....
